Hi,
Is the complaint section plus data logging section working?
I'm asking because I've opened a complaint a month ago and didn't get any answer plus I'm not getting any answer also through data logging.
It appers that Autel is not very good with the promisses they make on training videos and selling ad's.

Yep, its not just you I'm afraid, autel aren't very quick at problems unfortunately, I've
sent quite a few data logs now and it takes a lifetime to get a reply, the customers car
is long gone by then which isn't very helpful, especially when they ask to check a new
software update!!!
